LFCNY is thrilled to welcome our newest partner bar serving Rockland County in West Nyack. As a lifelong Liverpool fan, it was only natural for the 1840 Tavern to become a Liverpool hub when Kieran opened in 2019. “It’s been amazing to see the growth of soccer fandom in American since moving from Ireland in 1994.” He’s able to watch games easier than his dad back in Ireland!

Opened a few months before the onset of COVID, their outdoor space was crucial that first summer and the West Nyack locals have responded well with the crowd a mix of lifelong European/Irish fans and converted locals. Kieran’s fandom began with Kevin Keegan and King Kenny with more recent favorites being Mane, Mo and Bobby.

1840 Tavern has a full kitchen serving American/Irish pub food with Irish Breakfast’s on Sunday.
